Agent: Juliet Pickering
Biography: Oliver Thring was born in Switzerland in 1983 and grew up in Geneva, Boston and Edinburgh. He was educated at Fettes College and Christ Church, Oxford, where he gained a first in English Literature in 2005. After graduating he worked in finance before moving to journalism.
Oliver wrote a weekly food column for the Guardian and has contributed features to a range of other national newspapers and magazines. He is currently Assistant Food Editor for The Sunday Times, and lives in London.
