Biography: Alix Fox describes herself as a 'decently indecent' writer and broadcaster, whose multi award-winning work focuses largely upon sex, relationships and alternative, underground culture.
After cutting her teeth on the editorial team of cult magazine Bizarre, Alix has gone on to be published in Vogue, The Guardian, Stylist, Marie Claire, Time Out and many more, and is a script consultant on hit Netflix series Sex Education. As a presenter, she co-hosts BBC Radio 1's comedy show Unexpected Fluids, which shares 'Real life tales of sexual fails'; answers listeners' X-rated queries on long-running podcast The Modern Mann (ARIAs Silver Podcast of the Year 2016; Best Interview of 2019, British Podcast Awards); and headed-up groundbreaking Guardian series Close Encounters (ARIAs Bronze Podcast of the Year 2017).
Having authored a chapter of the Penguin collection Life Lessons From Remarkable Women, she's now working on her debut book.
