Biography: Jo and Erin met at university in 2002 and have always shared a love of cooking and eating. In 2016, after running a successful supper club in their East London home, they moved to Northern Ireland and founded The Edible Flower. The Edible Flower is a supper club, catering company and fledgling cooking & growing school based at their smallholding in rural County Down. Their mission is to enrich their lives and the lives of their customers through the joy of delicious, inspiring, surprising and sustainable food.

Erin is a cook, teacher, recipe developer and edible flower enthusiast. She trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and is now the head cook at The Edible Flower. Her food is fresh, unpretentious, beautiful, vegetable-focused and inspired by the seasonal produce that Jo grows in their kitchen garden.
