Nina Parker is a London based chef, writer and director of her own food company, ‘NINA’. She has published three cookbooks, NINA ST TROPEZ, NINA CAPRI, and SAUCY.
After working in London restaurants Nina now does private catering and counts Donatella Versace, Russell Brand and Stormzy among her clients. In January 2022 she launched her own product range, Saucy, featuring four oil-based sauces created to go on pasta, eggs, fish, meat, noodles and vegetables. They are vegan, gluten-free and all made in the UK.
She posts recipes on her Instagram @antoninparker and NinaFood.com, and is the food travel columnist for Tatler.
